About CSSB

The mission of the Centre for Structural Systems Biology (CSSB) is to investigate the mechanisms of infection. Within the CSSB – a cooperation of nine partner institutions – scientists aim to understand the structure, dynamics and function of pathogens and their host interactions. In this context, CSSB uses, provides and develop cutting-edge technologies. Our fundamental research seeks to enable the identification of targets for interventions.
